Repairable Damage

All dings and dents on vertical panels that can be completely repaired utilizing the PDR process.

All dings and dents on horizontal panels no larger than four (4) inches in diameter.

Light abrasions to paint can generally be buffed out.

The size and location of the dents are very important factors in determining if PDR is a viable repair option.

Examples of Non-Covered Damage

Repairs performed at other than a Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge dealership or other approved facility are not covered.

The Chrysler Auto Appearance CareSM Paintless Dent Repair Service Agreement does not cover any type of collision damage, sharp creases, large dents, hail damage, or surfaces where the paint has been damaged.

Large dents generally require conventional body shop repair methods such as dents larger than four (4) inches on horizontal panels.

This Service Agreement also will not cover environmental damage, pre-existing damage, exterior damage to non-metal panels, dings and dents requiring treatment such as fillers or sanding, and aftermarket installations.
